Dr. Thomas Holcombe boasts an extensive career spanning rich experiences in technology and leadership, including roles at Engelhard Corporation and as President of EnviRes LLC. His academic credentials, which complement his professional achievements, include a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, an MBA, and a Doctorate in Operations Research and International Business.
Kevin Mulrenin
President
Kevin Mulrenin has distinguished himself through his capability to grow and diversify companies within the defense sector, leveraging his leadership in research, strategic partnerships, and technology commercialization. His career is marked by his foundation in Aerospace Engineering and expertise in developing technologies for military applications, culminating in contributions to material solutions across ground, air, and sea platforms.
Chris Boyer
Senior Vice President
Chris Boyer has thirty years of industry experience, primarily with Marathon Petroleum Company, where he advanced through roles in management, marketing, sales, quality control, operations, and research. Boyer’s educational background includes a B.S. in Chemistry and extensive business management studies. He also contributed as an inventor on eighteen U.S. patents and has authored numerous publications and presentations in his field.
Justen Beffa
Director of Operations
Justen Beffa embarked on his professional journey with the company in 2019 after contributing as an engineer at DTE Energy, where his work spanned controls, cybersecurity infrastructure, and process improvements. Beffa obtained his first degree in History and contributed to educational development through Teach for America, further broadening his skills with dual engineering degrees from Oakland University.
